Each case of misconduct is reviewed on its own, paying close attention to its seriousness and the user’s past activity. Depending on the circumstances, sanctions may range up to a permanent ban.
Permanent restrictions may mean losing access to games, digital goods, or in-app items.
We are all responsible for building our community together. If you see a rule being broken, please notify us. If you simply don’t get along with another user, but they aren’t violating our principles, you have the option to block them on your own.
